Êsê-fini Fêqê (/g̃o/ /ˈfini/ [orange] [feather; pen; pencil]) is a subtropical Town located in Devuaja Dutchy, Mèhabicê Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Êsê-fini Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Êsê-fini Fêqê was founded by Èbêbmthe Êpí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Êsê-fini Fêqê was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1288, by Èbêbmthe Êpí. The establishment of Êsê-fini Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Êsê-fini Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Êsê-fini Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Êsê-fini Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Êsê-fini Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of premissive packed earth streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. Êsê-fini Fêqê's millitarily questionable fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Êsê-fini Fêqê was attacked by a group of guerrilla fighters. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Êsê-fini Fêqê lost 137 people, 343 livestock, and 36 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 93, when members of Êsê-fini Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to assassinate an enemy hero. The operation was complicated by a significant percentage of the militia choose to go abandon the operation and return home. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Êsê-fini Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Êsê-fini Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.

History
